You may know exactly what others need from you, while feeling less certain about your own thoughts, feelings, and direction in life.

Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and gain a deeper understanding of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Together, we'll work towards developing greater self-awareness, self-trust, and a healthier relationship with yourself.

How I Work

I believe lasting change begins with understanding yourself more deeply.

My approach combines counselling, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting to help you explore the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and patterns that may be affecting your life today.

We begin with what feels most important to you. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, develop greater awareness of recurring patterns, and work towards building a stronger relationship with yourself.

Some sessions may focus on present-day difficulties, while others may explore earlier experiences that continue to influence how you think, feel and respond today.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach. I work at a pace that feels right for you, creating a supportive space where you can explore difficult thoughts and feelings without judgement.

What to expect

Sessions are held online via video call and last 75 minutes.

They provide a confidential, supportive space where you can talk openly about what's happening in your life, explore difficult emotions, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

Some sessions may focus on challenges you're experiencing right now, while others may help uncover patterns, beliefs, or experiences that continue to influence how you think, feel, and respond today.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We work together at a pace that feels manageable, focusing on what feels most important to you.

Over time, many clients develop greater self-awareness, self-trust, and confidence in their ability to navigate life's challenges.

Ways We Can Work Together

There is no right or wrong place to begin. Some people come looking for support with a specific issue, while others are ready to explore longer-standing patterns that are affecting their wellbeing, relationships, or sense of self.

All sessions are held online and last 75 minutes.

6 Session Package

A focused piece of work and a good place to begin.

This package is suitable for those who want support with a specific issue or would like an opportunity to better understand patterns that may be affecting their wellbeing, relationships, confidence, or sense of self.

Over six sessions, we'll explore what is happening in your life right now, identify the challenges having the greatest impact, and begin developing greater awareness of the thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviours that may be keeping you stuck.

This can be a valuable starting point for those experiencing self-doubt, difficulty setting boundaries, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing patterns, or feeling disconnected from themselves.

Includes:

• Six 75-minute online sessions

• A supportive and confidential space to explore what matters most to you

• Therapeutic support tailored to your individual needs

12 Session Package

For those who would like more time to explore and understand the patterns that may be affecting their wellbeing, relationships, confidence, or sense of self.

Twelve sessions provide the opportunity to move beyond immediate challenges and begin connecting the dots between past experiences, current difficulties, and the ways you respond to yourself and others.

This additional time often allows for deeper insight, greater self-awareness, and the opportunity to begin making meaningful changes that feel sustainable rather than rushed.

If you've spent many years struggling with self-doubt, people-pleasing, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from yourself, this package offers the space to explore these patterns in greater depth.

• Time for deeper exploration and understanding

24 Session Package

For those who would like longer-term therapeutic support and the opportunity to explore patterns more fully over time.

Twenty-four sessions provide space to work at a deeper pace, developing a greater understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the emotional patterns that may have shaped your life for many years.

This extended package allows time not only to explore difficulties and gain insight, but also to begin putting new awareness into practice, building self-trust, and integrating changes into everyday life.

It can be particularly helpful for those who feel they have spent a lifetime putting others first, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from themselves, and who would benefit from ongoing support while making meaningful changes.
