Wellbeing Support for Caring, Frontline & Recovery Teams

Helping staff stay grounded, resilient and emotionally well.

People working in emotionally demanding roles experience stress, pressure and emotional load. Over time, this can affect wellbeing, resilience and the ability to switch off from work.

I teach EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), a practical tool that staff can use before, during and after stressful situations to help manage emotional pressure and support their wellbeing.

Let's discuss your organisation's needs and explore how I can support your staff's wellbeing.

Understanding the Hidden Stress of Caring Roles

Staff in caring, frontline and recovery roles often spend their days supporting others through difficult situations while managing significant pressures of their own.

Over time, this can lead to:

• emotional exhaustion
• chronic stress and overwhelm
• difficulty switching off after work
• taking on too much responsibility
• reduced resilience and burnout
• neglecting their own wellbeing while caring for others

How I Help

I teach EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), a simple, practical technique that helps people reduce stress, manage emotional overwhelm, and feel calmer during challenging situations.

One of the reasons I use EFT is because it can be learned quickly and used independently. Staff can apply it during their working day, after difficult interactions, between appointments, or at home when they need support.

Staff learn how to:

• reduce stress quickly and effectively

• recognise early signs of overwhelm

• stay calmer during challenging situations

• manage emotional pressure more effectively

• recover more quickly after difficult days

• maintain healthier boundaries

• build resilience and emotional wellbeing

Rather than simply talking about stress, staff leave with a practical tool they can continue using long after the session has ended.

Why EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often known as tapping, is a practical tool that can help reduce stress and emotional intensity.

Whilst I use EFT at a deeper level within my therapeutic work, it can also be used as a simple technique to help people manage the pressures of everyday life.

One of the reasons I teach EFT is because it is empowering. Once learned, it can be used before, during or after challenging situations to help reduce stress, regain emotional balance and think more clearly.

EFT can be used discreetly, making it practical for both the workplace and home.

Although relatively new compared to some therapeutic approaches, EFT has a growing body of research supporting its effectiveness for stress, anxiety and emotional wellbeing.
