For the purpose of good practice, some aspects of our sessions will be discussed with a qualified supervisor.
Confidentiality is maintained unless there are exceptional circumstances, where the practitioner may feel either the client or others may be at risk of harm, and in a court of law.
Payments need to be made 24 hours prior a telephone or Skype session.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice should be given if unable to attend a session. Under these circumstances the session can be rescheduled.
Missed sessions may be chargeable, at practitioner’s discretion.
If you are late for your session it may not be possible to add time on.
EFT homework may be given to support the work that is done in sessions and for future use.
Being under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, violent, threatening and inappropriate behaviour is not acceptable and will result in the session being cancelled. Under these circumstances the session will be chargeable.
Your practitioner is a qualified and registered Emotional Freedom Techniques and Matrix Reimprinting Academy Practitioner and adheres to the professional code of conduct and ethics as set out by the Academy.
The practitioner is covered by Public Liability Insurance.
Any complaints should be taken up with the practitioner in the first instance. In the event that the complaint cannot be resolved with the practitioner, a client can take the matter further with Matrix Reimprinting Ltd, 2 Popes Lane, Astwood Bank, Worcester, B96 6DR, or Trading Standards.
